Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Panic Chicks (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used and what choices you have. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
The Game does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal documents. We collect only what is needed to run an online multiplayer game:
- Player ID. A random identifier generated by the Game on first launch and stored on your device. It is not your device’s hardware ID or advertising ID. It is used to create your guest account and keep your progress.
- Nickname. The name you choose in the Game. It is visible to other players in matches and on leaderboards.
- Game data. Your progress, level, in-game currency, unlocked and equipped items, achievements, match results and rating.
- Technical data. When you connect to our servers, they process your IP address, network latency (ping), game version and connection times. This data appears in server logs used for security, fixing bugs and fighting cheating.
- Gameplay statistics. Our game servers record anonymous in-match events (for example, bomb passes and round results) to balance the game. These records are linked to an internal match player ID, not to your nickname or device.
2. How we use information
- to create and maintain your account and save your progress;
- to match you with other players and run online matches;
- to show nicknames, ratings and leaderboards;
- to keep the Game secure, prevent cheating and abuse;
- to fix bugs and improve game balance.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with service providers that are needed to operate the Game:
- Hosting provider — our servers and database are hosted in a data center in the European Union (Sweden).
- Cloudflare — stores encrypted database backups.
- Photon (Exit Games GmbH) — multiplayer networking service that may process your IP address to connect you to matches. See Photon’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Play — distributes the Game and may provide us with crash reports and statistics under Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Advertising and purchases
The current version of the Game does not show ads and does not use an advertising ID. If ads or in-app purchases are added in the future, this policy will be updated before such a version is released, and payments will be processed by Google Play — we never receive your payment card details.
5. Data security and storage
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Account data is kept while your account is active. Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a limited time. Gameplay statistics are deleted after 10 days. Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 30 days.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can change your nickname in the Game at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and all related data — see Delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU/EEA or UK), you may also have the right to access, correct, or object to the processing of your data. Contact us to use these rights.
Uninstalling the Game removes the Player ID from your device; without it the guest account can no longer be accessed.
7. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game, contact us and we will delete the data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
