Delete your Panic Chicks account
You can ask us to delete your Panic Chicks account and all data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@panicchicks.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Include your in-game nickname and, if possible, a screenshot of your profile in the Game.
- We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your account and Player ID;
- your nickname, progress, level, in-game currency and items;
- your achievements, rating and leaderboard entries.
What may be kept
- server logs (IP address, connection times) — rotated and deleted automatically;
- encrypted database backups — deleted within 30 days;
- anonymous gameplay statistics that are not linked to your account.
Deletion is permanent: purchased or earned items cannot be restored.
